Cloudshadow Energy was founded by Scott Stiner and Karen Tomaine, who together bring more than 25 years of experience building and operating respected energy advisory practices in the deregulated U.S. electric and natural gas markets. Over their careers they saw the same problem again and again: the procurement experience got worse as the buyer got smaller. Large industrial buyers got sophisticated strategies, dedicated attention, and full fee transparency, while small and mid-sized organizations got whatever the supplier sent in the mail.

They built Cloudshadow to close that gap — pairing deep market expertise with modern intelligence tools so that businesses of every size get the kind of energy management once reserved for the largest enterprises.
